IN PICS: Simone Biles recaps highlights from husband Jonathan Owens' game vs Niners

Jonathan Owens and Simone Biles are one of the most-known couples in the NFL. The Chicago Bears safety and the gymnast have been together since he played for the Green Bay Packers, and during the periods when she's not competing, Biles always attends his NFL games, often appearing on the sidelines.

During Chicago's game against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 14, the Bears were rocked by the 49ers, losing 38-13 in their first game since the firing of Matt Eberflus. Biles attended the game, and although the Bears lost, her husband made a great interception.

In a recent Instagram post, she shared pictures of the suit she watched the game with some of her friends, including a picture with Marcedes Lewis' wife, retired volleyball player Torrie Brown:

This was the first interception of the year for the Bears' safety, and only the second of his career overall. He has played in all 13 games for Chicago this season, although he has only been a starter in three of them.

Jonathan Owens career: which teams has he played for?

In six years of his career, the Bears safety is in his third team. Owens is playing in Chicago on a one-year contract that he signed in March, worth less than $2 million. Although the number isn't expensive, he was able to carve a role as a backup safety for the 2024 season.

He changed teams this season but stayed in the NFC North. He had also played for the Green Bay Packers, with Biles also attending a lot of games from the Bears' rivals a year ago. He had a one-year contract with the franchise, as they reached the NFC Divisional Round before losing to the San Francisco 49ers.

The first four years of his career, however, were spent in Houston. He was an undrafted player first signed by the Arizona Cardinals, but his first NFL taste came in 2019 with the Texans. He played for four years there, officially becoming a starter only in 2022 before moving to other teams.
