Jason and Travis Kelce's mom once flew from Tampa to Kansas City to watch her sons play on the same day

One of the most famous sets of brothers in the sport, Travis and Jason Kelce, have spent most of their NFL careers sharing the league. However, they've rarely been at the same venue at the same time, with Jason playing for the Philadelphia Eagles and Travis playing for the Kansas City Chiefs for about the last decade.

It set up a logistical nightmare for Donna Kelce, the mother of the boys. She wanted to watch both in one day, but with game locations, flights, and timings rarely aligning, the opportunity to be physically present at both venues in one day was rare. That said, there was a time when all variables aligned and Donna was able to see both of her sons play on the same day.

Which team will win Super Bowl 57?

According to NFL on Prime on Twitter, in the 2021 playoffs, Donna Kelce flew from Tampa Bay to Kansas City to catch both playoff games.

Last postseason, Donna Kelce had to fly from Tampa to Kansas City on the same day to see @tkelce and @JasonKelce play ✈

She'll only need to travel to one location to see them play in two weeks 😎

According to Pro Football Reference, the first game of the day in which both teams had a playoff game was in the Wild Card round. The Philadelphia Eagles faced Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1:00 EST. Then, at 8:15 p.m. EST, the Kansas City Chiefs were set to face the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The first game wrapped up at about 4:30 EST, leaving about four hours to rush to Kansas City for the final playoff game of the day. This year, however, no such trip will be needed as both sons will be opponents in Super Bowl 57.

Officially done being a Chiefs fan this season!!

The game will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, which will still require a trip, but rushing to the airport in the middle of the day will not be needed.

Of course, the downside will be that one son will defeat the other, presenting another host of problems for the mother. Which son will emerge victorious?
