Jordan Love’s fiancée Ronika Stone drops 5-word reaction to Packers QB’s viral 54-yard throw to Jayden Reed
Jordan Love in his second season as the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers continues to impress fans. It should not come as a surprise that his fiancée, Ronika Stone, is also in the same category. On Sunday, Stone professed her love for Love’s incredible skills on the gridiron with an Instagram story.
The Packers were on the road for their clash against the Los Angeles Rams at the SoFi Stadium on Sunday. Green Bay came away with a 24-19 victory, with their QB showing off his incredible arm strength and accuracy multiple times.
However, Jordan Love’s first deep throw in the first quarter of the game won over Ronika Stone, as she shared the video of his throw in an Instagram story. At 2nd and 10, Love dropped deep and threw a 54-yard stunner to wide receiver Jayden Reed, who caught it 1-yard before the touchdown line.
“I’ll never get over this,” captioned Ronika Stone.
Love has made several deep throws in his career, but in a game where Stone was in the stands, this one stands out for her. In the same game, Love threw an incredible 66-yard touchdown pass to his tight end Tucker Kraft as well. He ended the game with 224 yards and two TDs to his name.
Jordan Love will be back at home for his next challenge
After impressing his fiancée on the road, Jordan Love will be at home for the next two weeks. The Packers are scheduled to play their next two games at Lambeau Field. After adding two more touchdowns to his record, Love has eight TDs and will want to improve that record further.
Love and the Packers will welcome the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Oct. 13. The Cardinals are coming off a hard-fought win against the San Francisco 49ers and will be a tough challenge for the Packers and Love.
The Packers hold a 3-2 record and are on pace to book a seat for the playoffs. However, the regular season is still young, and their 25-year-old quarterback needs to keep stringing similar performances to take his team to the postseason.
