Kyler Murray and Matthew Stafford are set to battle it out this week. However, the two are also fighting for the right to start in many fantasy leagues. Some managers are scratching their heads, staring blankly at the names in desperate need of a sign. Well, here is some information to help give managers the hunch they need to make a call.

Kyler Murray, like most of the top 20 quarterbacks in the NFL, is a solid start in most weeks. Week 2 is no different.

Murray offers the coveted ability to scramble and rack up rushing touchdowns. This week, according to Sportskeeda's start/sit simulator, Murray is projected to earn 18.6 points with 1.3 touchdowns through the air. He also has a 30% chance of a touchdown on the ground and a 60% chance of an interception.

He is also projected to rush for 31 yards in the contest, adding a sizable boost to his final production. Of course, having Marvin Harrison Jr. will help his statistics as well, but may hold back some of his scrambling, depending on how the game goes.

Matthew Stafford is a solid pick for Week 2, but there are some things to consider with him. Puka Nacua won't be available for the contest. While Stafford has managed to throw for 41 touchdowns in a season before he was added to the Rams' squad, Cooper Kupp was back in his prime.

This week, the Rams will hope that Demarcus Robinson and Cooper Kupp can serve to fill in for Nacua's absence. Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Simulator predicts that Stafford will earn 16.1 points in the contest, trending up from last week.

He's predicted to earn about 250 passing yards and 1.6 touchdowns, which means he has a better chance at earning two touchdowns than one. He is also likely to throw an interception, with 0.8 interceptions projected.

According to Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Simulator, Stafford should sit behind Murray. Losing Puka Nacua will hurt his production just enough to slide behind Murray. The Cardinals quarterback also has the bonus ability to scramble, as Stafford primarily works from the pocket as a nearly exclusive slinger of the football.

The difference will be tight, but the Cardinals quarterback gets the narrow nod. Something to consider is that the Cardinals are liable to chase the Rams in this game. As such, Murray will have more opportunities to throw in the second half compared to Matthew Stafford, who may be content to run the ball more often.
