Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly shares her take on Eagles beating Rams through "home fieldĀ advantage"

Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly, shared her thoughts on the main differentiator between the Philadelphia Eagles and her husband's LA Rams in their divisional-round duel on Sunday. The Eagles sent the Rams back home behind a remarkable performance from Saquon Barkley.

During Wednesday's edition of her "The Morning After" show, Kelly said under normal circumstances, the Rams would have sent the Eagles packing, but the snow favored the home team for the 28-22 win at Lincoln Financial Field.

"I do believe if there was no snow in that game, we would have won that game," she said (5:28). "I don't even think it would have been a game because honestly, I mean, it wouldn't have. But that is why home field is a thing in the playoffs that is why Philly wants to play at their home because they know how to do the element well and things like that."

Saquon Barkley led the Eagles with 26 carries for 205 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. He caught four passes for 27 yards, being the second-best receiver of the day behind Dallas Goedert's 56 receiving yards.

As for Matthew Stafford, he put on a solid game. He completed 26 of 44 pass attempts for 324 yards and two touchdowns. Unfortunately for the veteran quarterback, his efforts were in vain after Barkley took over in the fourth quarter.

Before sharing her take on how the game would have gone a different way, Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly showed her appreciation for the Super Bowl LVI champion.

"It was an incredible season," she said [1:12]. "I'm so proud of Matthew. I mean he's just he is a natural leader and I think it's easy for those guys to just believe in him and anytime he's got the ball in his hands they know that they've got the best shot out of any team out there."

Matthew Stafford and the LA Rams once again entered the season doubted by a lot of people around the NFL. With the San Francisco 49ers coming off a Super Bowl appearance, the Seattle Seahawks signing Mike Macdonald as head coach and the Arizona Cardinals adding Marvin Harrison Jr. to the offensive, the Rams' playoff changes looked slim at first.

They proved doubters wrong, winning the NFC West with a terrific closure to the regular season before dominating the Minnesota Vikings in the wild card round.
