Micah Parsons warns Tyreek Hill to 'stay away' as debate with Olympian Noah Lyles heats up

Tyreek Hill and Noah Lyles have been going viral for their online debate since the 2024 Paris Olympics wrapped up. It started with a comment from Lyles about Super Bowl champions and the NFL, which led to Hill claiming that he was probably faster than the three-time Olympic medalist.

The online argument extended, roping in other athletes and fans to chime in. Some agreed with Hill, while others believed Lyles was definitely faster. This included Micah Parsons, who spoke about the viral debate on his podcast.

"Noah Lyles and Tyreek? Now, respectfully, the Cheetah is one of my favorite players of all time. He's, he's up there right now. Oh, he's up on my wall. That's Tyreek here," Parsons said.

While Parsons agreed that Hill is fast, he wanted him to also be aware of Lyles' talent and speed. However, Parsons clarified that he doesn't agree with the 'stuff' Lyles has been saying.

"He do sound a little corny sometimes, but man, that boy fast. Tyreek, don't want none of that. No. Tyreek , stay away from that. Man, you don't want that. I mean, a professional runner."

Parsons added that if Hill trained for a year, it could be a different ball game. But ultimately, the Cowboys star would bet on Lyles.

"I'm gonna take Noah Lyles. I put the 50 up. You just ain't trained for it. Now you talking about a year or two of training. It's different. It's real different, but fresh out of your sleep, stay away from that, Reek. You can outrun some football players, but track speed different. I learned that."

When did the Tyreek Hill and Noah Lyles' beef start?

Following his victory at the Paris Olympics, Lyles went on to say he doesn't think Super Bowl winners are world champions. The Miami Dolphins star, while on the Up And Adams Show, responded by saying he could beat Lyles.

Lyles responded, claiming to forget Hill's name.

"Ummm, what's that guy, what's the cheetah guy from football? Well, I can't remember his name. Mark! What's the football player who thinks he's fast name? Tyreek Hill," Lyles said.

The conflict then escalated, with Hill going on X (formerly Twitter) to set up a potential challenge.

In a GQ interview, Lyles revealed that he didn't get a contract for their supposed race, and Hill — who challenged him — should set everything up.

Hill has yet to respond to Lyles' most recent comment.
