Michael Penix Jr.'s girlfriend Olivia Carter shows off relaxing pool night out with Falcons QB
Six days after the Atlanta Falcons' win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9, rookie QB Michael Penix Jr. and his girlfriend Olivia seem to be enjoying a retreat. It comes before the Falcons face the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
Taking to Instagram, Olivia posted a video of a calm poolside setting where Penix Jr. and the couple's two dogs were seen unwinding. R&B artist Jhené Aiko’s "Stay Ready (What A Life)" was playing in the background.
Michael Penix Jr. and Olivia have been quite open about their relationship. In fact, the lovebirds showed up at the QB's 2024 NFL Draft party in color-coordinated white outfits in St. Petersburg.
"I forever want you next to me🫶🏾," wrote the rookie on Instagram as he posted the pictures of the big moment.
Who is Olivia Carter? Get to Michael Penix Jr.'s girlfriend
Like Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Penix Jr., girlfrien, Olivia Carter also has an athletic background. While attending Kent-Meridian High School, she played soccer, basketball and was a track athlete.
Later, she went on to pursue academics at the University of Nevada and graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology in 2022.
As destined, Olivia came across Michael after switching locations, which was moving from Nevada to Seattle after completing her undergraduate degree. Well, the rest is history.
Ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft, the young couple jetted off to Jamaica for a tropical vacation – the pictures of which are posted on Olivia's Instagram.
Post-draft, they went on another trip together to Maui Hawaii. In the pictures posted by the Falcons QB on his Instagram, he went snorkeling with Olivia as well.
Last year in December, Michael Penix Jr. and Olivia also celebrated Christmas together at home – cozy in their coordinated nightsuits.
"All I want for Christmas is you," read the caption of the Instagram post which the NFL WAG posted on the social media.
That said, it would be icing on the cake if Olivia shows up for the Atlanta Falcons game to cheer for her boyfriend and the team – quite similar to what Taylor Swift does for NFL star Travis Kelce.
