Mike Florio back on the Tom Brady bandwagon

Tom Brady has started slow in seasons before, but the quarterback has never been under .500 in November before. After defeating the Seattle Seahawks, the Buccaneers pulled themselves back up to 5-5 and pundits are beginning to resume praise for the quarterback.

Speaking on Football Night in America, NFL analyst Mike Florio revealed that he is now back to believing in the quarterback. Here's how he put it while describing the win:

"Exactly what I expected. Super Bowl atmosphere, big game. [The Buccaneers quarterback] shows up and now [they have] a one-game lead and the tie-breaker in the NFC South. They're getting into the playoffs. They're going to win that division and they're going to be trouble for whoever they face in January."

For the second time this year, the quarterback threw multiple touchdowns in a game. It was also their first win of the year in which he threw for multiple touchdowns. He completed a season-high 75.9 percent of his passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.

He hooked up with the ever-reliable Chris Godwin and veteran Julio Jones for scores. Running back Leonard Fournette also contributed a touchdown on the ground in the memorable international victory.

The interception came late in the game and helped the Seahawks mount a serious comeback that ultimately fell short. It was the second game in a row that came down to a critical fourth-quarter performance.

Against the Los Angeles Rams, the quarterback had the ball for less than a minute and needed a touchdown. He screamed down the field and got it in a 16-13 win over the team.

With the German showdown now over, the Buccaneers head into their bye in high spirits. Their next game will be against the Jacoby Brissett-led Browns on November 27. Most assume it will be the last game of the year for Brissett, the former understudy of Tom Brady, as Deshaun Watson returns.

Will Brady end Brissett's season on a sour note?
