Brittanny Mahomes was under the lens after she liked a post praising former US President Donald Trump on Instagram. While several people on the internet criticized her for the choice, she has done it again. This time, some NFL fans didn't hold back.
When some NFL fans targeted her last time around, Brittany Mahomes did not hold back from getting back at them and labeled the critics as “haters.”
In her recent post on Instagram, she liked a comment praising the Trump-Vance ticket for the 2024 US Presidential elections.
Some fans, who don't like the former US President, did not like this gesture from the Kansas City Chiefs QB’s wife. They started labeling her in various ways and went after her. Fans also suggested that they shouldn’t be surprised that Brittany Mahomes likes Donald Trump.

“Demographically, no one should be surprised that she’s supporting Trump," wrote one person on X (formerly Twitter).
However, several others came to the defense of Brittany as well, claiming her political stance shouldn’t be a reason to hate on her.
“It’s election season, not everyone is going to be a Democrat. Get over it,” wrote one fan.
“I guess it’s a good thing everyone has different opinions and someone’s political opinion shouldn’t cancel them,” wrote another fan.
“Why tf y'all care so much about other folks that don’t have anything to do with you or your life?” wrote another fan.
Apparent support for Donald Trump has brought in new fans for Brittany Mahomes
This is the first time that Patrick Mahomes or his wife have gone political after being in the public eye for several years. Apart from earning new fans on Instagram, Brittany Mahomes has also become a favorite of broadcaster Jason Whitlock. The latter came to her support in the latest episode of his podcast, ‘Fearless’.
"She's gotten some heat because she liked some Instagram post supporting Donald Trump, and then she doubled down and posted a response. ... She went from being this annoying wife to, you know, now one of my favorite people connected to the NFL,” Whitlock said.
With the 2024 election only months away, several celebrities will be declaring their sides soon enough. As expected, they will face some heat and also get some support based on the political leanings of different fans.
