Tom Brady is officially back in the NFL for his 23rd NFL season. The 44-year-old quarterback announced that he was making a comeback just months after retiring via his Twitter account.
He posted:
"These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG."
As expected, former and current players and current players were shocked and stunned that the 44-year-old has returned, with Arizona Cardinals star Chandler Jones jokingly saying Brady was hacked.

Former NFL star Chad Johnson posted that he said Tom never mentioned the word retired.
Titans receiver A.J. Brown tweeted that the NFL will have to get away from the quarterback as he can't do it by himself, seemingly poking fun at the 44-year-old's inability to leave the league.

The 44-year-old's return firmly thrust the Buccaneers into Super Bowl contention. The franchise's search for a new quarterback is over now as the champion quarterback will take over for this season.
