While the playoffs are prize number one for most teams and players at this stage of the year, personal accolades come in a close second. Being a Pro Bowler is a big deal for players. It signals a job well done.
Who leads the current Super Bowl odds?
But who are the top five vote getters across the NFC? We have you covered, so read on to see who makes the top five for most Pro Bowl votes in the NFC.
#5 - George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers - 201,905 votes
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle comes in at number five in the Pro Bowl voting for the NFC. Kittle, numbers wise, is a little down on previous years, but that doesn't mean he isn't valuable for the 49ers.
His 593 receiving yards and six touchdowns are a good return, but he is also a star blocker in the much-vaunted running game. This will mark Kittle's fourth Pro Bowl in six years.
#4 - Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers - 205,990 votes
The 49ers running back has enjoyed a resurgence since moving from Carolina. He has become a key figure in Kyle Shanahan's offense. In the last two games, he has surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark.
Overall, he is sure to go past 1,000 rushing yards yet again this season (currently on 926) and has six touchdowns as well. This will be the running back's second Pro Bowl nod.
#3 - Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles - 215,634 votes
The Eagles star has led his team to a league-best record of 13-1 and has looked every bit the MVP favorite over the last month. While he has injured his throwing shoulder against the Chicago Bears, per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the quarterback is still the favorite for the MVP.
He has thrown for 3,472 passing yards and 22 touchdowns to just five interceptions. He has also rushed for 747 yards and 13 touchdowns for good measure.
#2 - Kyle Juszczyk, San Francisco 49ers - 227,484
The third San Francisco 49er to make the top five. The fullback has been ever present for Kyle Shanahan and is used in the passing game every so often.
Already a six-time Pro Bowler, this will be Juszczky's seventh, which is an incredible achievement.
#1 - Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings - 264,653 votes
The 23-year-old tops the list for the highest vote getter in the NFC, and it's not surprising either. Through 14 games, Jefferson has already surpassed his career-high for receiving yards.
Currently with 1,623 receiving yards and six touchdowns, he is set to obliterate last year's tally of 1,616 with still three games to go. He has been a Pro Bowl receiver in each of his two years in the league, and now we can make it three. What a talent!
