Patrick Mahomes' mom Randi gets emotional on celebrating 4th July without grandkids
Patrick Mahomes, his wife Brittany and their children are on a European vacation. The family has arrived in London after spending time in Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
Of course, spending time in London in July means the family will be celebrating the 4th of July overseas.
While they continue their vacation, Mahomes' mother, Randi, shared a post speaking of her grandchildren. Celebrating the 4th of July on her own, Randi grew emotional as she missed the children (Sterling Skye and Bronze).
"I love my grand babies so much," Patrick Mahomes' mother wrote. "Miss them lots & love their vacation pics!! Happy 4th!!! #blessed."
Earlier in the week, Randi grew emotional over Patrick Mahomes, who had completed eight years in the NFL. With three titles to his name, the Kansas City Chiefs QB is easily one of the best players in the league.
"All grown up!! I love it," Randi wrote.
Brittany shared photos with her children in London and is celebrating 4th with her husband and their friends, Summitt and Miranda Hogue. They also attended the Morgan Wallen concert.
Randi Mahomes claims son Patrick Mahomes might not play as long as Tom Brady did
Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady played in the NFL for 20 years.
The retired icon was dedicated to his game, often referred to as the greatest player of all time.
Mahomes, looking at a possible three-peat, has been compared to Brady.
However, as per his mom, Mahomes might have a different plan. Though there's no timeline to his career, the Chiefs QB is also determined to prioritize his family.
While on The Mom Game Podcast, Randi said:
“I hear him, you know, make comments like, 'If the game takes away from my kids, I might not play as long as Tom Brady' and I'm like I'm so proud of him for that," Randi said.
With Mahomes gearing up for the 2024 season, one can expect Randi and his family to be ready to support him and the Chiefs.
