Patrick Mahomes' mother Randi celebrates Thanksgiving with family after Chiefs' win vs Raiders
After the Kansas City Chiefs's narrow 19-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, Patrick Mahomes flew back to Kansas to join his mother, Randi Mahomes, to celebrate Thanksgiving Day.
Taking to Instagram, Mama Mahomes shared a heartwarming photo alongside the three-time Super Bowl champion and wrote:
"Family, football, and celebrated Thanksgiving with my kids and grandkids today."
Adding to the caption, she used the hashtags "Blessed" and "God is great."
In the picture, Patrick is seen wearing a black Chiefs shirt custom-designed by his wife, Brittany Mahomes. Meanwhile, Randi donned a white sweatshirt with the Kansas City Chiefs' signature red-and-yellow accents.
Although Brittany Mahomes was not pictured in Randi's Instagram post, the SI Swimsuit Issue rookie's presence was implied since Mama Mahomes mentioned her kids and grandkids being present at the celebration.
Since Brittany showed up heavily at the Week 14 game between Chiefs vs. Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City with her kids, Sterling and Bronze, it is clear that the NFL power couple grabbed this opportunity to visit Patrick’s mother.
Ahead of the game kickoff, Brittany posted photos straight from Arrowhead and revealed that the custom gameday shirt Patrick wore to the game was customized by her in partnership with Amazon.

As the Kansas City Chiefs improved their season record to 11-1, the cheering crowd included star quarterback Patrick Mahomes' mother, Randi Mahomes. She shared two fun sneak peeks from Arrowhead Stadium on her Instagram story.
A day before the Chiefs’s victory over the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium, Randi kicked off her Thanksgiving festivities with her youngest children, Jackson Mahomes and Mia Randall.
Like she did with Patrick, the IG-savvy mom also shared glimpses of her cozy family moments with Jackson and Mia.
"So much to be thankful for… happy day. Happy family time," the matriarch captioned the IG Post.
That said, Patrick Mahomes's mother seems to be enjoying her retirement to the fullest.
In early 2024, Mama Mahomes announced she would bring down the curtains on her 19-plus-year career as an event planner at Hollytree Country Club. One of the main reasons, if not the main, was to spend more time with her family, which she is certainly doing.
