Patrick Mahomes' mother Randi shares emotional throwback with daughter-in-law Brittany: "Day one OGs"

Patrick Mahomes is one of the most well-known quarterbacks to ever step on the field in the NFL. Queuing up the Kansas City Chiefs for a possible three-peat, Mahomes also has a chance to make history.

Of course, the limelight on Mahomes also extends to his family.

Though his children are new additions to their world, Mahomes' mother, Randi, and his wife, Brittany, have been a constant presence for the NFL star. While his mother supported his football journey, Brittany Mahomes has been with the family since high school.

Randi Mahomes and Brittany make sure to keep their fans regularly updated. In an Instagram story on Wednesday, Randi shared a sweet throwback picture featuring her and Brittany.

"Tis the new season!! This seems to long ago...day one OGs," Randi Mahomes wrote.

Randi didn't confirm which game they were at. However, they are wearing Whitehouse Wildcats merchandise, Patrick Mahomes' high school.

Randi last posted about the family earlier this month, where the Mahomes were seen riding a golf cart during their day off.

Patrick Mahomes' mother Randi is proud of her son

Along with his achievements on the field, Randi Mahomes is also incredibly proud of her son off the field. On "The Mom Game" podcast in June, Randi answered a few questions about the three-time Super Bowl champion.

According to Randi, Patrick might not plan on playing as long as Tom Brady did.

Often compared to each other, Brady spent 20 years of his life with the NFL. For most fans, Mahomes needs to win more championships (Brady has six) to be considered a GOAT.

“I hear him, you know, make comments like, 'If the game takes away from my kids, I might not play as long as Tom Brady' and I'm like I'm so proud of him for that," she said.

When the 2024 NFL season kicks off, one can expect to see Randi and Brittany Mahomes cheering from their suite at Arrowhead Stadium.
