PICS: Rashee Rice's girlfriend Dacoda Nichole recaps moments from Taylor Swift's Eras Tour-themed birthday party
Rashee Rice is seemingly spending quality time with his girlfriend Dacoda Nichole amid his recovery from a knee injury. The second-year wide receiver couldn't play more than four games in the 2024 NFL season but is enjoying the holidays with his girlfriend, even celebrating a big party with high-profile guests.
Nichole shared a series of pictures from Taylor Swift's birthday party, which she attended with Rice. In addition, she shared a couple of pictures of their kids posing with Santa Claus.
"Some holiday fun ✨🎄❤️," she captioned the post.
Rashee Rice and Dacoda Nichole have shown they are very passionate about the holidays. Back in October when there were still three weeks left until Halloween, the couple started preparing for the special day. They took their kids shopping at the Chiefs' Fall Fest.
Nichole shared some of the best moments they spent with the kids on Instagram.
"Pumpkin Patch fun," she wrote in the caption.
While the Chiefs are trying to win a third consecutive Super Bowl, Rice and Nichole have stuck around even in the middle of his recovery, to help keep the morale high in the roster.
Is Rashee Rice returning to the field this season?
This week started with plenty of speculation regarding Rashee Rice's status for the rest of the season. The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver hurt his knee during the Week 4 matchup against the LA Chargers. He's been out after clashing with teammate Patrick Mahomes.
After Rice shared a picture of himself with Xavier Worthy and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown on his Instagram stories, fans started speculating about a potential return this same season for the Chiefs' WR1.
However, that scenario seems unlikely considering the characteristics of his injury. Rice has been recovering only for two months while the return for that type of injury is about eight months. As much as fans would love to see him back for the Chiefs' playoff run, Rice is not expected to return to the field before the 2025 NFL season.
Brown has been activated by the team, so perhaps Rice was trying to celebrate his teammate's return to the field instead of his own.
