Rob Gronkowski sheds light on Michael Rubin's star-studded White Party experience: "You could just be yourself"

Rob Gronkowski has built a reputation as a football player first. However, his second de facto occupation is partying. Perhaps no other player could be better suited to review Michael Rubin's famous White Party.

That's what Rob Gronkowski did on Friday's edition of "Good Morning Football." Speaking on the program, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Patriots tight end called the shindig "one of the best experiences" he has had.

[0:50] "White Party was one of the best experiences I've ever been to like complete just how many well-known people were just in one house gathered under one roof. It was just really cool. And if you could just be yourself there as well," he said.
"You can dance, you can rock out, you can socialize with other well-known people. It was just really cool. Michael Rubin, the only guy who can get that done and get so many people under one roof at his house. So just a great experience," he added.

Rubin's White Parties are ultra-exclusive and reserved only for celebrities. Even media members are largely prohibited and much that happens there stays there. They're called "White Parties" because the attendees must wear all white.

Of course, that doesn't mean that there aren't any peeks into the event. Partiers often take to social media to share pictures or clips of themselves hanging out with other people. The result can often feel like more crossovers than a modern-day Marvel movie.

Rob Gronkowski declares that Tom Brady will have his "ups and downs" in $375,000,000 FOX deal

When Rob Gronkowski joined the NFL, he was the inexperienced rookie and Brady was the veteran. Now, with Brady joining the media landscape, the roles have flipped. Gronkowski is the veteran and Brady is the rookie. The quarterback's former tight end could have predicted that he will be just fine and leave it at that.

However, Rob Gronkowski said something similar but also added that he would have his "ups and downs" in the same interview on Friday's edition of "Good Morning Football." Here's how he put it:

"I think Tom Brady is going to absolutely dominate in the booth. He'll definitely have his ups and downs. Of course, anyone entering a new gig in life, you're going to have to have some lessons that you're going to have to learn and but overall, I think he's going to be very successful."

So, in the end, Rob Gronkowski backed his former quarterback. However, he did open the door for the quarterback to stub his toe at times in front of millions of people.

While the New England Patriots sensation dominated in the NFL, he also threw interceptions, so perhaps that is what Gronkowski meant. It won't be perfect for the legendary quarterback, but it will be far beyond competent.

Of course, no one will know for sure how things will go for Tom Brady this fall. Will he be as crafty with his words as he was with his arm?
