Roger Goodell highlights Taylor Swift’s reported $331,500,000 impact on NFL since Travis Kelce relationship came to fore

There's no denying Taylor Swift's influence on the NFL since she and Travis Kelce went public with their relationship. The pop singer has been a sensation for years, and her fans make sure to support the "Blank Space" singer throughout her journey.

Naturally, many Swifties have tuned in to her recent football appearances, many even switching loyalties to the Kansas City Chiefs for her boyfriend. Of course, the NFL has benefitted from the extra publicity Swift brings with her.

In a Friday interview on the "Pat McAfee Show," NFL commissioner Roger Goodell spoke about Swift's impact on the NFL, admitting that it can only be good for them.

"Anybody who's interested in the NFL, that's good for me and good for everybody involved with the NFL.
"You get somebody with the kind of exposure in the following like Taylor Swift, who does love football. I've known her for 15 years. I first met her in New Orleans. She likes the game and so that's great for us. Right? Take the relationship out of it, which if they’re happy, I am happy."

Pat McAfee responded:

"Hey, we’re pulling for him, way to go Trav. You’ve heard the songs?! She sang a couple of songs about him, she feels so High School about Trav."

Beginning their relationship last year, Swift has been in the limelight for attending multiple Chiefs games during the 2023 NFL season. She was also present at the playoffs and Super Bowl, seen partying with the Chiefs crew after their big win against the San Francisco 49ers.
