WATCH: WWE stars Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch attend Chicago Bears vs Washington Commanders game
The 2022 NFL season is in full swing, with the Chicago Bears kicking off Week 6 against the Washington Commanders. It what was a low scoring affair and not a memorable one for the neutrals. One highlight of the game, however, was WWE stars Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins making an appearance at Soldier Field.
The couple showed up in Chicago apparel, proclaiming their love of football. Rollins made sure to show up with his championship belt. The title belt was perched perfectly on his shoulder, with the couple posing for the camera from the sidelines. The pair introduced themselves in a reel uploaded by the home team, clearly excited for the game. Rollins was clearly elated over his recent win, even mentioning his title in the Bears video.
"We are here at Soldier Field. Thursday Night Football. Go Bears!"
While the game didn't end in the Bears' favor, fans seemed happy to have Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins present.

In fact, some fans thought Seth Rollins was Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers at first glance. Though the two celebrities look nothing alike, their beards and heights can confuse a few. Some didn't know who Rollins and Lynch were. Others were sure that because the WWE duo were present at the venue, Chicago would win the game. Unfortunately, for those fans, they ended up losing 12-7.
Does Seth Rollins hate football after the Bears loss?
The day started with Rollins and Lynch loving football. Soon after, the WWE champion came through with his 'hate football' tweet. Fans had already predicted the response, considering the blowout loss.
I hate football.
Lynch's response was way before the game was lost. While the Bears account stated that they 'love football', Lynch went ahead and simply promoted their love for sport.

Meanwhile, the NHL's Philadelphia Flyers paid homage to Becky Lynch with a goal song for her. This means that every time anyone makes a goal at the Wells Fargo Center, Lynch's memorable WWE theme song will be played. Not only will it make for an amazing celebration, but it will perfectly honor Lynch.
Her hair was also different in the image. Naturally, some fans wondered if this was a clue about a comeback. With Seth Rollins having just won the title, most fans are also speculating about his next step.
Lynch last lost against Bianca Belair at the RAW Women's Championship at SummerSlam. Following the match, Lynch revealed that she was injured and will be taking some time off to recuperate.
With new appearances, fans are now hopeful of a return.
