“Stay tuned” - Aaron Rodgers breaks silence amid viral rumors of finalized Jets trade
Aaron Rodgers was spotted in Orange County competing in his annual celebrity flag football game on Saturday. Some of the stars present were Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Lions quarterback Jared Goff, Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold and former USC quarterback Matt Leinart.
Aaron Rodgers’ move to the New York Jets has been the talk of the town. Recently, Jets owner Woody Johnson and crew flew to California to meet with the four-time MVP in-person to lure him to the “Big Apple.”
Former Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall, who hosts the “I AM ATHLETE” podcast was in attendance on Saturday at Laguna Beach in California. He met with Rodgers post-game and asked the question all NFL fans are waiting to hear from the Packers quarterback - his future and the Jets rumors.
Rodgers took his time and answered the questions without trying to reveal too much. However, it looks like he has dropped some hints. The Super Bowl XLV champ said:
It's always interesting meeting important figures [Woody Johnson] in the sport. It's always interesting. It's all I'm giving. It’s all I’m giving. Stay tuned. I think it won't be long time. There's a time limit for all of this.

In a brief segment, Brandon Marshall, a former Jets Legend who's played in New York for two seasons, tried to sell Rodgers to come to New York and be a legend. To which the Packers quarterback replied, "Not if you only play for one year."
This has left some fans perplexed and many were not pleased by the idea of the four-time MVP coming to New York for just a year.

Will Aaron Rodgers be a New York Jet?
From breaking down what he said, it looks like he will be looking to make the decision before Monday, since the league tampering period starts tomorrow.
