Stefon Diggs removes all mention of Bills from social media handles amid trade rumors

Stefon Diggs is rumored to be seeking a trade away from the Buffalo Bills during the 2023 NFL offseason after three years with the team. Despite being one of the most productive wide receivers in the NFL since joining forces with Josh Allen, it's Diggs has reportedly become frustrated with his situation in Buffalo.

Diggs recently scrubbed all of his social media accounts of any mentions of him being a part of the Bills. This may indicate that he does in fact want to leave the Bills and join a new team ahead of the 2023 NFL season.

It's a bit shocking that Diggs may be frustrated with the Bills, especially considering how much success he's had since joining them. He's exceeded 100 receptions and 1,200 receiving yards in each of his three seasons in Buffalo, while totaling 29 touchdowns.

Each year in Buffalo, he's recorded more receptions and yards than in any of his five seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.

The Bills have also achieved a ton of postseason success since acquiring Diggs. They reached the NFL Playoffs in all three of his seasons with the team, including a trip to the AFC Championship game in the 2020 season.

While a high usage rate and consistent team success would make most players happy with their situation, Stefon Diggs could be looking for more.

His mindset may be Super Bowl or bust after the Bills have come up just short. It's possible he thinks another team gives him a better chance of winning the ring.

Stefon Diggs was seen arguing with quarterback Josh Allen on the sidelines after their most recent postseason loss, against the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2022 NFL season.

He then appeared on an episode of 'The Shop' during the offseason, where he talked about his failure to understand why the Bills haven't been able to get over the hump.

The Bills have come close to making the Super Bowl, but have been eliminated by the Kansas City Chiefs twice and the Bengals once during Diggs' time in Buffalo.

They will once again be among the favorites to win the Super Bowl in 2024. But if Stefon Diggs is truly looking for a trade this offseason, it will severely hurt their chances.
