Tee Higgins’ mother shuts down NFL troll complaining about ruined parlay

Tee Higgins and the Cincinnati Bengals pulled off a 27-20 road win on Monday against the Dallas Cowboys. However, the wide receiver only had two catches for 23 receiving yards. In the world of sports betting and fantasy sports, fans aren't only concerned about the outcome of a game but also with the individual stats of players.

One fan on X, who has since deleted the post, complained about losing money on his parlay due to Higgins' lack of production. On Tuesday, Higgins' mom, Lady Stewart, shared her feelings about the complaining fan.

"In front of God and his mama we don’t know who u are and could careless about how u feel #clockit," Lady Stewart tweeted.

Higgins replied to sports bettors who weren't happy after Monday night's game.

"I know I know," Higgins wrote.

Tee Higgins' mom shares her thoughts on his future in Cincinnati

Tee Higgins is playing the final year of his contract with the Cincinnati Bengals and will likely become a free agent in the offseason unless the team can figure out a way to give him a well-deserved contract while staying within the salary cap budget.

On Tuesday, Kay Adams said on her "Up and Adams Show" that she believes the Cincinnati Bengals should do "everything in their power" to re-sign Higgins.

Lady Stewart replied to Adams' post and agreed that her son should stay in Cincinnati.

"I think they should to @heykayadams," Lady Stewart wrote.

Higgins is in his fifth NFL season and his first three were solid. He broke the 1,000 receiving yards in two of his first three campaigns but 2023 and 2024 have been hindered by injuries. He missed five games last year and five this season. Higgins has 45 catches for 581 yards and five touchdowns in 2024.

The injury-prone seasons could favor the Cincinnati Bengals, who may be able to sign Higgins to a team-friendly deal. Otherwise, he may find a bigger payday elsewhere.
