Tom Brady moves business HQ to 'Billionaire Bunker,' leases sprawling 8,415 sq ft space in Miami

Tom Brady has been making all kinds of moves since leaving the daily grind of gridiron behind. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has made one such business move by shifting his business base to the sunny state of Florida. And he's moved into an office building that is different from the rest.

The former New England Patriots superstar’s family business, Tom Brady Enterprises, has signed a lease for 8,415 square feet of office space at The Well Bay Harbor Islands, as per CoStar. This is an under-development mixed-use project that is barely a mile from Brady’s mansion in Indian Creek Village, Florida.

This 300-acre island is known as "Billionaire Bunker," and its newest tenant will be Tom Brady. The Well Bay Harbor Islands local development group, the Terra Group, made a statement in this regard:

“(Tom Brady’s residence in Indian Creek Village) played a pivotal role in its selection as the new headquarters for Tom Brady Enterprises.”

This project includes four floors of office space at $125 per square foot, which is double the price of a top-drawer office space in Miami. This project also has 66 luxury condos with all the amenities included, costing around $1.2 million.

The details of the lease between The Well and Tom Brady Enterprises have not been made public. This state-of-the-art building is scheduled to be completed by next year.

Tom Brady's business empire in the spotlight

The 15-time Pro Bowler has spread his wings far and wide in the business world. He owns "TB12," a sports nutrition and supplements brand, "Brady Brand," a sportswear line, and "199 Productions," a production company he co-founded. They create documentaries, films and TV shows.

Brady also is a minority owner of English soccer club Birmingham City. His sports ventures also include one E1 team, aptly named "Team Brady." The former QB is also in line to become a minority stakeholder in the Las Vegas Raiders.

On top of all that, he is set to begin his $375 million job with Fox Sports as a broadcaster on September 8.
