Tom Brady shares emotional message for children, father Brady Sr. on Father's Day: "A joy I could have never imagined"
Tom Brady has already rolled out his Father's Day wishes for his father and children Jack, Ben, and Vivian. The retired NFL legend made sure to celebrate the day properly, sharing an emotional note to go along with a few photos.
Brady began by wishing his dad, adding ample throwback photos to go along with his message. Of course, the father of three spoke about his children, thanking them for making him a dad.
"Happy Fathers Day to my HERO, and the best role model I could have ever asked for. And THANK YOU, to these kids for giving me the gift of being a father, a joy that I could have never imagined until you came into my life," Tom Brady said. "I hope that I can give you all that my dad gave me… unconditional love and support ❤️❤️❤️."
Brady, born to Tom Brady Sr. and Galynn Patricia, has three siblings: Maureen, Nancy, and Julie Brady.
As mentioned, Brady himself has three children: John 'Jack' Edward (16), Benjamin Rein (14), and Vivian Lake (11).
Jack was born to him and his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, who had the baby after she and Brady split up. Both Ben and Vivian were born to Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen after their marriage.
Tom Brady Sr. was beyond proud of his son's achievements with the New England Patriots
Earlier in June, the NFL world gathered at the Gillette Stadium to celebrate Tom Brady's induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame. With six NFL titles to his name with the team, Brady is indeed a legend in New England.
Brady Sr., who was present at the event, had to express the pride he felt.
"This is so surrealistic. It's incomprehensible," Brady Sr. said. "In our wildest imaginations ever, we could not imagine something as spectacular as this. I've driven down these roads so many times over the last 20 years, and just to see that it's really kind of coming to an end.
"But the joy that we've had, the highs and the lows, the friendships that we've made, it just doesn't get any better. So this night it's almost incomprehensible for me, because we remember him as 199, and 199s don't generally get this kind of reception."
Throughout his NFL journey, Brady has made sure to thank his parents and family along the way.
