Tom Brady Week 7 power rankings: NFL legend backs 'unstoppable' NFC North contender, Chiefs remain No. 1 contenders

Week 7 is here for the 2024 NFL season and begins when the New Orleans Saints host the Denver Broncos tonight for Thursday Night Football. Ahead of Week 7 kicking off, Tom Brady has put together his top-five teams heading into this week.

The former NFL quarterback does weekly ranking for Fox Sports, one of his many assignments with the company. Heading into Week 7, Brady has the Kansas City Chiefs atop at No. 1. The only other undefeated team in the NFL, the Minnesota Vikings, are at No. 2.

Coming off of their dominant 47-9 victory against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 6 and improving to 4-1, the Detroit Lions were listed at No. 3 on Brady's list. Two more AFC teams round out the top five as the Houston Texans (4th) and the Baltimore Ravens (5th) just cracked Brady's top-five list.

Brady is in his first season as a Fox Sports color commentator. Brady also became a minority NFL owner of the Las Vegas Raiders on Tuesday, when the owners had a meeting in Atlanta with over three-fourths of the owners approving him as an owner.
