Travis Kelce is grateful for 'Grotesquerie' co-star Niecy Nash's support at Chiefs vs Chargers

Kansas City Chiefs won their Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. While Taylor Swift didn't make it to the game, Kelce's 'Grotesquerie' co-star Niecy Nash did make an appearance, for which the tight end is grateful.

During the latest episode of the New Height podcast, Travis Kelce expressed his gratitude towards Niecy Nash for attending the Chiefs game at the SoFi Stadium. Praising Nash, the Chiefs tight end said:

"Niecy's awesome. Great too. Niecy made it to the LA game. How about that? She came out and supported me at the Chargers game. Was cool seeing her on the sideline."

Nash cheered for Kelce at SoFi Stadium alongside his mother, Donna Kelce. Moving forward in the podcast, the tight end revealed how Donna was full of praise for the Grotesquerie actress. Opening up about the same, Kelce said:

"Mama Kelce had nothing but amazing things to say about her, as does everybody else."

Niecy Nash's visit to the Chiefs game came almost a week after she revealed her plans to cheer for Travis Kelce during an interview with PEOPLE. Nash explained how it has become a personal responsibility to support him now that she's friends with the tight end.

"When he comes here to play, my better half and I will be at that game. So yes, I'm going to get to see him, but also I saw him play in the Super Bowl. But we didn't know each other then. Now it's different. At first, it was just like the game and now it's like, 'Oh, there's my friend Travis. Hey Travis!' That's different. It's personal now," Nash said.

Niecy Nash opens up about working with Travis Kelce on sets of Grotesquerie

During the same interview with PEOPLE, Niecy Nash recalled what it was like working with Travis Kelce on the sets of Grotesquerie. Nash explained how Kelce charmed everyone on his first time at the sets. Sharing details about the same, she said:

"It was funny because I saw people's reaction to him before I really could take him in. All the guys — these big guys on the set, the grips, transport, and everybody — [they] were just fangirling all the way out. And I'm like, 'Oh my god, guys.' But Travis was lovely to have on set. Very charming, very fun."
"He was very professional, always came prepared. He's extra greedy, so he eats a lot, but just a good guy on and off camera. He was very open on if there was a note given or a suggestion given. So amenable. 'Tell me what I don't know. Tell me what your thought is on this,'" Nash concluded.

Following her visit to SoFi Stadium, Nash was interviewed by ETALK, during which the actress expanded on the tight end's "greedy" food habit. While Nash made it to the Chiefs vs Chargers game, according to a report, there were security concerns involved which led Taylor Swift to miss out on the Week 4 game.
