Trevor Lawrence's wife Marissa gets emotional as the expecting parents welcome new NFL season: "Gonna be the best year yet"
Trevor Lawrence and his wife, Marissa, are going to welcome the 2024 NFL season by starting a new chapter in their lives. Currently a family of two, the Jacksonville Jaguars QB and Marissa are expecting their first baby together.
The couple has regularly updated fans, with Marissa sharing a sweet recap of their eventful offseason. Growing emotional as she shared various snaps from their time off, Marissa stated that she was confident it would be their best year yet.
With visits to golf courses and multiple getaways, the NFL couple enjoyed a complete offseason.
"Off season š¤ Our last off season just us two and it was such a special one. From traveling the world to celebrating our friends and family, finding out weāre gonna be parents, gym workouts and lots of cuddles with the dogs. I love this life with you! Now we welcome back football Trevā gonna be the best year yet š¤," Marissa Lawrence wrote in her caption.
That being said, Marissa is already missing Trevor Lawrence as he left for the training camp. Sharing a story with the QB's photo walking as he arrived at camp, Marissa referred to herself as a "sad girl" in the caption.
Trevor Lawrence's wife Marissa highlighted a less-talked-about pregnancy problem
Shortly after their pregnancy announcement, Marissa and Trevor Lawrence hosted a grand gender reveal. Eager to welcome their baby girl into the world, Marissa spoke about how she doesn't really have nine months to prepare.
"I'm just now realizing that I'm pretty much like four months pregnant, and I only have five months left," she said in her IG story. "In my head I'm like, āI have nine months till I have a childā. But no, I'm almost halfway. I'm almost halfway through this already. It's just crazy. And I feel like it's not talked about that."
That being said, the couple hosted an ice-cream-themed gender reveal. With multiple flavors served for guests, pink-colored syrup revealed the gender.
