WATCH: Baker Mayfield hits Tommy DeVito's celebration as Bucs blow past Giants with 23-0 HT lead
Baker Mayfield seemed ruthless on the gridiron vs the New York Giants on Sunday. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers scored 23 points in the first half while keeping the Giants at zero.
The Giants released quarterback Daniel Jones on Friday, opting to start Tommy DeVito instead.
In the final touchdown before halftime, Mayfield sprinted to the end zone for a 10-yard run, capping it with a celebration. Raising both hands and moving them back and forth, Mayfield appeared to taunt not only DeVito but also Giants fans by mimicking his celebration.
After showing Mayfield's TD celebration, the camera panned to DeVito. He seemed to have no discernible reaction on his face and started to wear his helmet as it was the offense's turn to take to the playing field.
Can the Bucs maintain the lead and record their fifth win of the season, or will the Giants make a stunning comeback and earn their fans' confidence back?
