WATCH: Giants HC Brian Daboll loses his cool as Saints rack up 14-3 lead

Brian Daboll has been on the hot seat for quite some time now. Entering the game against the New Orelans Saints, the New York Giants were on a seven-game losing streak.

Two minutes into in the fourth quarter, the Saints were leading 14-3. Giants coach Daboll seemed to have a spontaneous reaction to this, as he pulled his headphones off and screamed.

Before the game started, some Giants fans made their feelings towards the team known as they hired a plane to fly a banner over the stadium. The banner contained a message for owner John Mara he surely couldn't overlook or miss.

The banner read, "Mr. Mara enough - Plz fix this dumpster fire."

The Giants opted to start Drew Lock instead of Tomy DeVito at quarterback. The Giants did put up a good fight Sunday and managed to score a touchdown in the fourth quarter and then successfuly get a two-point conversion.

They managed to keep the Saints scoreless in the fourth quarter. However, it was not enough and the Giants recorded their eighth straight loss of the season. The pressure on Daboll is only going to increase after this heartbreaking loss.

Daboll confident he would not lose job

It seems unbelievable that just two years ago, in 2022, Daboll was Coach of the Year. Now, he is watching over a team that became the first to be officially ruled out of the playoffs this season.

Days before the Saints game when Daboll was asked if he was worried about his job, he said he wasn't and acknowledged that even though the results were not what he wanted, he had confidence in his team.

"No, I don't like the results. Nobody likes the results. But I have confidence in the people. We've just got to do better."

Next week, the Giants will take on one of the toughest teams in the league in the Baltimore Ravens. Will they manage to stage a surprise win and end their losing streak or will they extend their futility to nine games in a row?
