Tavis Kelce did not lie about Taylor Swift being there to watch the Kansas City Chiefs vs New Orleans Saints game. This comes after the "Blank Space" singer allegedly ditched Kelce's birthday party and a charity event which led to speculations about their relationship.
But it couldn't be farther from the truth! It seems she's only going to miss the Chiefs road games, as she has been present at all their home games so far in the season. The billionaire pop star walked into Arrowhead Stadium for her third game of the season in style!
She rocked a Vivienne Westwood ensemble. Starting from the top, she wore a Women's Brown Sunday Checked Draped Corset worth $1,241 and paired it with a Meghan checked miniskirt worth $665.
She accessorized her outfit with a Belle Heart Frame velvet jacquard bag worth $590. For footwear, she went for a 145mm Grace boot priced at $2,185. That brings the total cost of the ensemble to a whopping $4621!
The Chiefs are playing the Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, hoping to extend their unbeaten run to five games.
Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce relationship headed into choppy waters?
After Swift, who recently dethroned Rihanna as the world’s wealthiest female popstar, missed the last two Chiefs games, the Internet was rife with speculations. Add to that the fact that a “breakup contract” had gone viral on social media as well, alleging that the entire relationship was fake and was being staged for ulterior motives.
But Kelce fans and Swiftie fans need not be worried. As a PR expert explained to FOX News:
"Swift is the biggest act in pop music and the first artist to gross $1B from a single tour; Kelce is a Pro Bowl tight end, who plays for the defending Super Bowl champions. Between Swift and Kelce, a busy schedule isn't a de facto sign of choppy waters ahead.”
He explained that both personalities are doing their best to find time for each other in their busy schedules.
"Life gets busy, and sometimes you just have to do the best you can – this is true from notable names, to your next-door neighbor. You've got to juggle schedules and find a way to fit the proverbial Tetris pieces into place, as they come down the board."
