What do NFL players think of viral UFO sightings? Bills' Jordan Poyer drops conspiracy theory

Jordan Poyer, the Buffalo Bills' star safety, recently commented on the rise in UFO sightings in the United States of America. There are many ongoing debates about UFOs across the country, but no NFL player, with the exception of Aaron Rodgers, has said much about it.

The Bills' safety stated that he firmly believes in extraterrestrial life and that these viral videos regarding UFOs are just a source of distraction.

Congress and the Pentagon are at odds with one another on what the public should know.

Here's what Poyer said on his podcast about the increase in UFO sightings:

"What is going on in this world? First of all, you want my opinion? I know you didn't ask for I'm gonna give it to anyway. To me, I feel like these UFOs have already been here. It's really not a surprise to me.
"I do believe in extraterrestrials, whatever you want to call it, aliens, outer planets, whatever I do, believe in them. Whether you want to believe it or not, that's fine. But to say these UFO sightings all of a sudden are starting to come and pop up out of nowhere. Okay, to me, it's more of a distraction."

Nobody knows whether or not Aliens exist without proof, but conspiracy theories have been circulating at a rapid pace since the beginning of 2023.

We live in crazy times, and things like this will happen more frequently in the near future as everyone learns more about our surroundings through technology.

Jordan Poyer is set to test the upcoming free agency and there could be many suitors for his services. He has been with the Buffalo Bills since 2017 and has been an integral part of their success.

Poyer had 44 solo tackles, 19 assists, and 4 interceptions in 12 games this past season. The Bills' safety is expected to work around a deal worth $20 million over the next two years as he can still play at an elite level. Whether or not Poyer returns to the Bills remains to be seen, but he is expected to attract a lot of interest in free agency.

Buffalo’s key Unrestricted Free Agents this winter: S Jordan Poyer, LB Tremaine Edmunds, G Rodger Saffold, RB Devin Singletary, P Sam Martin, DT Jordan Phillips, DE Shaq Lawson, OL David Quessenberry, OL Greg Van Roten, LB A.J. Klein.

Last season ended in a disappointing manner for the Bills as they lost 27-10 against the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Divisional Round and will look to bounce back stronger next season.
