When we think about NFL power couples, Robert Saleh and Sanaa Saleh may not be the first names that come to mind. They are both discreet about their personal lives and prefer to keep their personal lives out of the spotlight of the media.
Robert has gained a great deal of attention since taking over as head coach of the New York Jets in Jan. 2021 and his wife has also been in the spotlight as a result of their relationship, yet we know very little about her.
Who is Sanaa Saleh? All we know about Robert Saleh's wife
Sanaa was born on April 10, 1984, to Lebanese-American parents in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. She attended Fordson High School where she first met her future husband Robert Saleh.
After graduating in 2002, Sanaa majored in psychology at the University of Michigan. As per reports, she currently works as a counselor specializing in family and child mental health. She founded her non-profit organization, Sanaa's Stars, in 2019, with the goal of providing hope and love to children who have experienced abuse.
Sanaa married Robert Saleh in 2007. The couple has seven children together: sons Adam, Zane, Michael, Sam and Jacob, and daughters Mila and Ella.
However, Sanaa prefers to keep a low profile and is also not very active on social media.
Sanaa appears to be a woman who has successfully navigated the world of fame that comes with being the wife of an NFL coach, especially in New York, the country's largest media market.
Speaking at a charity event for one of his wife's campaigns, the Jets head coach told reporters, per the Jets' official website:
"She just wants to bring light to people who are in a dark place in their life. And the things that they do are pretty cool. The amount of work that she's put into this is pretty cool."
