Derek Carr makes shock decision to ditch Jets, former Raiders QB's new team revealed
Free agent quarterback Derek Carr has found his new home. Reports surfaced on Monday, March 6 that the former four-time Pro Bowl QB for the Raiders intends on signing with the New Orleans Saints in free agency.
The team is closing in on a deal with him and he's the first QB Domino to be signed this off-season.
While the Jets were in pay for Carr, they made the decision to hold off on signing him in order to see if Aaron Rodgers would decide to join them or not.

Carr will resume his career with the second team in the Saints.
He leaves the Raiders after spending the first nine seasons of his career with the team.
With Carr joining New Orleans, he will team back up with head coach Dennis Allen, who drafted Carr in 2014.
He made four Pro Bowls with the Raiders and led them to two playoff appearances.
Carr has thrown for 35, 222 yards, 217 touchdowns, 99 interceptions and has a career record of 63-79. The Saints are expected to move on from Jameis Winston and Andy Dalton is a free agent, so Carr will be the leader at quarterback next season.
