Pat McAfee rumored to walk away from mammoth $120 million FanDuel deal
Pat McAfee has become a huge part of the NFL media ever since hanging up his gridiron boots in 2017. The former Indianapolis Colts punter has overseen the growth of his massive podcast, which garners millions of NFL fans to it every year.
After recently signing a $120 million deal with FanDuel, everything looked sorted for McAfee's podcast for years to come. But it seems all has not gone according to plan.
As per a report by the NY Post, McAfee is pondering his future with regard to the FanDuel partnership. Currently, in his second year of the deal, the former punter could end up making a gutsy call to end the deal prematurely.
This would definitely come as a shock to fans across the world. But McAfee might be making this decision knowing he has a trick up his sleeve.
Pat McAfee could get Amazon on board for his podcast
According to a report by Front Office Sports last year, Pat McAfee was targeted by Amazon to host a show similar to ManningCast. The former punter, however, turned down the offer.
