Christopher Deshun Jones is an American football defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, as of the 2024 NFL season. The Chiefs selected Jones as the 37th overall pick in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Jones has stayed committed to the Chiefs throughout his NFL career. In his nine-year NFL career, he has won three Super Bowl rings. As of January 2025, Jones made six Pro Bowl appearances and earned first-team All-Pro honors and second-team All-Pro honours thrice in his NFL career.

In 2024, he signed a five-year contract with the Chiefs valued at $158.75 million and would earn an average salary of $31,750,000 as per Spotrac. Jones has posted 310 combo tackles, 80.5 sacks and 37 pass deflections for the Chiefs as of January 2025 (via Pro Football Reference). He also played collegiate football for the Mississippi State Bulldogs where he tallied 102 total tackles, 8.5 sacks and nine passes defended, as per Sports Reference. During formative years, he attended Houston High School in Houston, Mississippi.

Chris Jones has three Super Bowl victories, winning Super Bowls LIV, LVII, and LVIII, as of February 2025. The Chiefs lifted their second Lombardi Trophy in franchise history after nearly 50 years in 2020 when they played the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV.

Jones would return to the big game with the Chiefs once again in Super Bowl LVII, this time taking on the Philadelphia Eagles. Jones' third win came in Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, 2024, as the Chiefs overcame the San Francisco 49ers with a 25-22 margin.
