Tom Brady reflects on lessons learned battling emotional challenges following divorce from Gisele Bundchen
Tom Brady once again gave some insight into his personal and football life on this week's episode of the "Let's Go" podcast. Fans wait each week to hear the seven-time Super Bowl winning quarterback talk about the previous week's game and the week ahead as well.
#Bucs QB Tom Brady says that “it’s a competitive league” and it’s a challenge. He added that it’s not over in Week 13 and the team is still practicing hard. “When it doesn’t go well, it sucks.”
Brady went on to say that adversity comes while playing football no matter the age. He said that in some seasons he has faced more challenges than others and that goes for being physical, mental, and emotional challenges. He also said that some of the challenges he has faced this year as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback are personal and he didn't want to share all of the details in regards to that.

The quarterback is likely talking about his divorce from now ex-wife Gisle Bundchen. He said that all NFL players experience adversity and challenges on and off the field and still have to find a way to play the game at the highest level.
The "Bucs" have now lost two in a row and will look to get a road win this week against the Arizona Cardinals.
Tom Brady talks about playing on Christmas for first time
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will play on Christmas Day for the first time in his 23-year NFL career. The Bucs will head to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in a game that is a must-win for Tampa Bay as they pursue the NFC South title.
Tom Brady said that it would be a different experience for him to play on Christmas Day and not be with his three children. He said that it will definitely be a learning experience for him and that he will look forward to celebrating Christmas with all three of his children the next day.
"It'll be a new experience that I've never had before that I'm gonna learn how to deal with. And I think that's what life's about…I'm gonna learn how to deal with Christmas Eve in a hotel, and I'm gonna have to learn how to deal with Christmas and Christmas night and still go out there and be a professional, and then look forward to celebrating Christmas with my kids the day after."

The Buccaneers will need a win against the Cardinals to hold their current lead in the NFC South. The Bucs are currently 6-8 and one game over the rest of the division, who are all 5-9. Winning out or losses by Atlanta, New Orleans, and Carolina are the only mathematical ways for the NFC South division to pan out as of right now.
