Travis Kelce gets candid about Russell Wilson's recent plane workout antics: "I honestly feel like he's just trolling us with this"
Last week, Russell Wilson stated that during the flight to London, he was working out and getting his body ready for the game on Sunday. As usual, everyone on social media trolled the Denver Broncos quarterback and now Travis Kelce has also joined in on the fun.
On this week's episode of "New Heights," Travis Kelce, along with his brother Jason Kelce, talked about Russell Wilson's story of working out for four hours on a flight to London. Here's what the Kansas City Chiefs tight end said about the Broncos quarterback:
"I honestly feel like he's just trolling us with this. Like he just feeds us with just nonsense at this point, because he was smiling. Did you see his interview when he explained what he was doing? No, he was smiling. Like mischievously the entire time."
Travis Kelce continued:
"He was answering the questions about what he was doing on the plane. Interesting. He went through every hour of how he approached it. And he had a game plan if, that's if it's real, but I think there's a little bit of him trolling and just loves to see the world just absolutely rip him."
It could very well be possible that Wilson is now intentionally trolling everyone by making up lies. There has been immense pressure on Russell Wilson since his arrival in Denver. Moreover, a poor start to the season hasn't helped his case either.
Through these statements, Wilson is bringing up more pressure on him. The Broncos did win their game in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars and that eased the pressure on Wilson. However, the Broncos need to go on a winning run or else their quarterback will be trolled continuously again.
Russell Wilson and the Broncos will face the Tennessee Titans in Week 10
The Denver Broncos have a bye week and got a break at the right time to fix their issues. Head coach Nathaniel Hackett saved his job after winning against the Jaguars, but he needs more wins.
Russell Wilson and Co. will go against the Tennessee Titans in Week 10, and it will be a huge game for them. Reaching the playoffs after a poor start to the season won't be easy for the Broncos, and a win against the Titans is a necessity for them.
