Tyreek Hill disses Tom Brady with savage Antonio Brown dig

With the Super Bowl still six days away, Tom Brady's retirement remains the NFL's hottest topic right now. While not many people expressed emotions last week as he retired for the second time, everyone who's related to the league in a way knows that it's not going to be the same without the quarterback.

Tyreek Hill was one of the players who showed the most respect for Brady following his announcement. Having played against him in many important games with the Kansas City Chiefs, the wide receiver acknowledged the quarterback in a simple GOAT tweet.

But Hill, who joined the Miami Dolphins in the 2022 season, also took a shot at Brady – and decided to joke with Antonio Brown in the process. As the now-former quarterback posted a picture of himself and tagged his former teammates Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski, Hill compared him to a former friend, Antonio Brown:

Tom done retired and turned into AB 😂 twitter.com/tombrady/statu…

The comparison goes back to a Snapchat video posted by Brown in recent weeks. The video had explicit content and the former wide receiver claimed that his account was hacked, although it was clear that he was just defecting blame.

Obviously, Brady wouldn't want his name to be mentioned alongside Brown. The quarterback and the wide receiver used to be friends, playing together on two different teams, winning a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 season.

Tom Brady and Antonio Brown are no longer friends

However, the receiver basically ended this friendship by acting crazy with the Buccaneers and then exposing some of his messages with the quarterback.

They joined forces in New England in 2019 and later for two years in Tampa Bay. Since his release, Brown has decided to go after Brady in some unreasonable social media posts, none stranger than a picture of him with Brazilian supermodel – and Tom's former wife – Gisele Bundchen as soon as she and the quarterback announced their divorce.

That's when the quarterback sent a direct message to his former friend about some of his actions:

“You are demonstrating very poor decisions and poor communication to so many people who have gone above and beyond to help you.”

They're not friends anymore, and while Brady has ridden into the sunset earning praise from the entire NFL world, Brown is just an afterthought of somebody who was excellent.
