Tyreek Hill responds to bizarre Antonio Brown 'BBC' tweet: “I hope you showed her the news channel”

While Tyreek Hill lived up to his name in Miami in 2022, Antonio Brown has been quietly tweeting on the sidelines. The bulk of his tweets have taken the form of what seems to be some kind of song lyrics, but the true source of the thoughts is unknown. Even Tyreek Hill had to respond to the former wide receiver's recent post.

In the post, Brown talks about giving someone CTE. Here's how he put it:

Gave her to much BBC

Now she got CTE
"Gave her too much BBC. Now she got CTE."

Tyreek Hill took a stab at translating the statement. Here's what he said in response:

I hope you showed her the news channel BBC twitter.com/ab84/status/16…
"I hope you showed her the news channel BBC."

While the Steelers receiver was dominant for nine seasons with Ben Roethlisberger, he struggled once he left Pittsburgh. Brown played a role in hoisting the Lombardi Trophy but failed to hit the same level of production in even one season after leaving the franchise that picked him.

Will the Cheetah earn 2000 yards in a season?

Once he left the team, Brown earned a total of about 1000 yards in three seasons. If one were to add up his three years away and compare it to his single-season totals, it would fall short of his production in all but two seasons in Pittsburgh.

Meanwhile, Tyreek Hill exploded immediately once he stepped away from Patrick Mahomes and the franchise that drafted him. Before heading to the Miami Dolphins, arguably his best season came in 2018 when he caught 87 passes for 1479 yards. In his first year with the Dolphins, he earned 1710 yards and 119 catches despite his injury troubles.

The receiver turns 29 in about a week, and many believe he is still in the prime of his career. Of course, the next goal for the receiver in 2023 will be to prove that his production jump wasn't a fluke with his new team.

Will the receiver reach the vaunted 2000-yard mark in 2023?
