When Tom Brady addressed players who had never made it to the Super Bowl before: "It’s tempting to want a quick fix"
Tom Brady won seven Super Bowl titles during his historic NFL career. His fifth Super Bowl win took grit and determination as he led the New England Patriots back from a 28-3 deficit to win the first ever Super Bowl in overtime in February 2017.
Just days later, he sat down and answered questions for Maria Shriver's online publication, "Sunday Paper." Brady was asked about his preparation for each season which required everyday health and wellness.
Most people never make it to a Super Bowl but many want a clearer, calmer mind," Shriver asked. "What is one thing that people can do to get there?
Brady said that each person needs to test and develop what works best for them. He credited his "TB12 Method" for his everyday wellness.
"That’s a great question. I think it’s tempting to want to find a quick fix and one thing you can do — but I think sustained peak performance can really only be achieved through a combination of things." Brady said.
"There’s no silver bullet. The “TB12 Method” I’ve developed in partnership with my body coach brings together the right exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and mental elements into a comprehensive lifestyle that I think can help people of all ages and all levels be their best.
Brady has said that his NFL career, which spanned over two decades, is a big reason for his dedication to his physical and mental health. He developed a mindset that allowed him to believe he could win every time he stepped on the field.
