Are Rapidash and Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge good in Pokemon GO Battle League?
It's a mixed answer. While Kantonian Rapidash benefits from the addition of Wild Charge to its moveset, for Galarian Rapidash this is more of a sidegrade. For context, Wild Charge is a 100 base power Electric-type Charged Attack that costs 45 energy. Therefore, it has a high damage-to-energy ratio. However, it comes with a guaranteed two-stage defense drop for the user.

Rapidash with Wild Charge in Pokemon GO PvP
In the Great League, Kantonian Rapidash gains precious wins against Azumarill, Dewgong, Malamar, Mandibuzz, and Talonflame in the 1-1 shield situation when it has Wild Charge equipped — as compared to Drill Run.
The results are also improved with the exclusive move when no shields are in play. However, there is a performance drop when both sides have two shields to hide behind. With a 1-0 shield advantage, Rapidash can take down Azumarill, Greninja, and Feraligatr, but there is again a slight drop in performance
In the Ultra League, Kanto Rapidash must run Wild Charge. It sees a significant rise in win rate across 0-0, 1-1, 1-0, and 2-1 shield scenarios. In fact, it is one of the best Fire-types in the format with this exclusive move in its kitty.

Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge in Pokemon GO PvP
Galarian Rapidash is a Psychic and Fairy-type creature with use in limited metas like the Psychic Cup. However, Wild Charge doesn't benefit it much here—or in the open leagues. Since the critter can learn Megahorn, a powerful Bug-type move that inflicts at least neutral damage to all opponents in the format, it is better to stick to that.
The only advantage Wild Charge has is that it can hit Steel-types for neutral damage. However, if you want a moveset that deals with Steels, you are better off teaching your Galarian Rapidash High Horsepower.

Are Rapidash and Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge good in Pokemon GO Gyms and raids?
No, there is not much value in considering Rapidash and Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge for Pokemon GO Gym and raid battles. Since neither critter gets STAB, it is better to opt for other attacks when using them in PvE battles.
Neither Rapidash nor Galarian Rapidash are among the top attackers of their type. The addition of Wild Charge can potentially make Kanto Rapidash slightly better at defending Gyms against Water-types, but outside of that, there is no point going after the exclusive move.

How to get Rapidash and Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge in Pokemon GO
To obtain Rapidash and Galarian Rapidash with Wild Charge in Pokemon GO, you must evolve Ponyta and Galarian Ponyta, respectively, using 50 Candy between 2 pm and 10 pm local time on September 14, 2024. If you miss this window, you must wait for the December 2024 Community Day when there will be a rerun of the year's Comm Days.
You can also use an Elite Charged TM to teach Wild Charge to Rapidash or Galarian Rapidash. However, its worth depends on your requirements and how much of this precious resource you have.
