Any Dynamax Pocket Monster can be used to challenge the Power Spot boss. However, because of the type disadvantage, you should avoid using Dynamax Charmander. Instead, using Dynamax Bulbasaur will make the battle much easier.

Considering that the battles are quite easy, even a single Dynamax Wooloo or Dynamax Skwovet without battling partners can take down Dynamax Squirtle in Pokemon GO as long as you dodge some of the incoming Charged Attacks.
