Raids
The saree-wearing version of Pikachu will be featured in 1-star raids across India during the Festival of Lights event in 2024. You can challenge it in person or using the remote raid feature.
As a 1-star raid boss, Pikachu will have 3,277 CP. Being a mono-Electric-type creature, it will take super-effective damage only from Ground-type attacks. The minimum IV floor will be 10/10/10, and the creature will be at Level 20 without the weather boost and at Level 25 in Rainy weather.

Field Research encounters
You can get Pikachu wearing a Saree by completing the "Win a Raid" Field Research task during the Festival of Lights event. These tasks can be acquired by spinning PokeStops as long as you have at least one free spot in the Field Research tab.
