While there are only a few creatures that can take down Mightiest Mark Incineroar on their own, with the right moveset and strategy, the challenge is not particularly difficult.

Ways to solo Dark Incineroar 7-star Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The following three strategies can be used to solo Dark Incineroar 7-star Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet:

1) Dondozo strategy to solo Dark Incineroar 7-star Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Here is the required Dondozo build for this strategy:

  • Level: 100
  • Tera type: Fighting
  • Ability: Unaware
  • Held Item: Shell Bell
  • Nature: Impish
  • EV Spread: 252 HP / 252 Def.. / 4 Sp. Def
  • Moveset: Protect, Body Press, Body Slam, Curse

Here are the steps to follow in the battle:

  • Step 1: Use Body Slam till you get enough Tera Shard charge to Terastallize.
  • Step 2: Use Curse until your Attack reaches +6. This will take you seven turns as your Attack will be one-stage lowered by Intimidate at the start of the battle.
  • Step 3: Use Body Press until Incineroar faints. Each Body Press deals between 9.9 - 11.6% damage.

3) Clefable strategy to solo Dark Incineroar 7-star Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Here is the required Clefable build for this strategy:

  • Level: 100
  • Tera type: Fairy
  • Ability: Unaware
  • Held Item: Shell Bell
  • Nature: Modest
  • EV Spread: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk. / 252 Def
  • Moveset: Calm Mind, Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Psych Up

Here are the steps to follow in the battle:

  • Step 1: Use Psych Up and Draining Kiss interchangeably (as per requirement) to copy Incineroar's Bulk Up boosts (the Defense is of interest here) and stay alive, respectively till you have enough Tera Shard energy to Terastallize.
  • Step 2: Use Calm Mind for seven turns to max out Clefable's Special Attack. Use Draining Kiss in the middle, if required to stay alive.
  • Step 3: Keep using Moonblast until Mightiest Mark Incineroar faints.

3) Malamar strategy to solo Dark Incineroar 7-star Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Here is the required Malamar build for this strategy:

  • Level: 100
  • Tera type: Fighting
  • Ability: Contrary
  • Held Item: Shell Bell
  • Nature: Adament
  • EV Spread: 4 HP / 252 Atk. / 252 Def
  • Moveset: Skill Swap, Reflect, Tera Blast, Superpower

Here are the steps to follow in the battle:

  • Step 1: Use Skill Swap to give Incineroar Contrary to make sure its Bulk Ups reduce its Attack.
  • Step 2: Wait for Incineroar to knock you out so that you can come back with Contrary as your ability.
  • Step 3: Once you are back, spam Superpower into Incineroar till it faints. Terastallize into a Fighting-type as soon as you have sufficient Tera Shard charge. If you run out of PP on Superpower, use Tera Blast.

Note that Incineroar will use Taunt when 95% of the time is left, and it will hit one of the four raiders. If it happens to be your attacker, you have no option but to switch out, as set-ups are important for all three Pokemon.
