You can do the following things to make the most of the Pokemon GO Harvest Festival:

Use Pinap Berry to catch rare Pocket Monsters or ones that you want to farm for PvP battles. This will give you 4x the regular amount of Candy for each such catch.
Break out the Mossy Lure Modules as they will give you an additional chance of encountering relatively rare wild encounter such as Alolan Executor and Snorlax. The latter is a strong pick in the Pokemon GO Master Premier Cup that is in play right now.
If you are a PvP enthusiast, look out for Miltank and Bunnelby spawns (which evolves into Diggersby) as both of them are top-meta picks as of season 20.
