Pokemon GO Harvest Festival Collection Challenges: Tasks and rewards

Pokemon GO's Harvest Festival brings a handful of Collection Challenges for trainers to complete. These involve catching a set of Pocket Monsters currently available in-game with the event. Rewards for the same include Stardust and Smoliv encounters.

The Harvest Festival event is active from November 7 at 10 am local time to November 12 at 8 pm local time. The occasion also provides a Premium Timed Research option, with rewards like Mossy Lure Module, Stardust, and Lucky Egg.

Autumn Friends

• Catch Smoliv
• Catch Pumpkaboo
• Catch Miltank
• Catch Exeggcute
• Catch Bunnelby
• Rewards: Smoliv encounter, 3000x Stardust

Small

• Catch Small Pumpkaboo
• Rewards: Smoliv encounter, 1000x Stardust

Average

• Catch Average Pumpkaboo
• Rewards: Smoliv encounter, 1000x Stardust

Large

• Catch Large Pumpkaboo
• Rewards: Smoliv encounter, 1000x Stardust

Super

• Catch Super Pumpkaboo
• Rewards: Smoliv encounter, 1000x Stardust

The Harvest Festival event marks the debut of Shiny Smoliv in Pokemon GO. The Gen IX Olive Pokemon can be encountered in the wild, as a Field Research task encounter, as a Premium Timed Research reward, and as a Collection Challenge reward. Once you get hold of one, you can evolve it to Shiny Dolliv for 25 Smoliv Candy and then further into Shiny Arboliva for 100 Smoliv Candy.

On that topic, trainers will also have an increased chance of coming across a Shiny Pumpkaboo during the ongoing event. The purple-hued unique variant is quite popular among the masses, and players will surely love to get their hands on one of their desired size.

Pokemon GO trainers are also preparing for the November 2024 Community Day. It is scheduled to take place on November 10, 2024, and will feature Mankey in the spotlight. Furthermore, evolving a Mankey or Primeape between 2 pm local and 10 pm local will net a Primeape or Annihilape with Charged Attack Rage Fist.
