Pokemon GO Harvest Festival: Schedule, event bonuses, Shiny Smoliv debut, and more

Pokemon GO Harvest Festival is currently online in-game, with Shiny Smoliv making its debut. The event provides trainers with a Premium Timed Research questline, free Collection Challenges, and several event bonuses. Furthermore, they will also have a better chance of coming across Shiny Pumpkaboo.

Pokemon GO Harvest Festival event overview

Schedule and event bonuses

Harvest Festival runs from Thursday, November 7, at 10 am local time to Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 8 pm local time. The active event bonuses are:

• 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
• Increased chance to encounter Shiny Pumpkaboo.
• Mossy Lure Modules will attract different Pokémon during the event, such as Alolan Exeggutor, Snorlax, Pumpkaboo, and Smoliv.

The Mossy Lure Module attracted Pumpkaboo will have a better chance of being Super Size Pumpkaboo compared to wild encounters.

The following pocket monsters will enjoy an increased spawn rate during the event:

• Exeggcute [shiny encounter available]
• Hoppip [shiny encounter available]

Field Research tasks and rewards

The following Field Research tasks and rewards are active during Harvest Festival 2024:

• Catch 10 Pokemon - Smoliv encounter [shiny encounter available]
• Use 5 Berry to help catch Pokemon - Pumpkaboo encounter [shiny encounter available]
• Use 10 Berries to help catch Pokemon - Pumpkaboo encounter [shiny encounter available]

Timed Research and Collection Challenges

Harvest Festival 2024 provides trainers with Premium Timed Research (for the cost of $2.00) and event-themed Collection Challenges. Themed PokeStop Showcases will also be available.
