Best tips and tricks for Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global
Do the following things to make the most out of the bonuses and features of the Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global event:
- Buy the ticket. Most of the useful bonuses from the event are part of the ticketed experience. If you are sure you will play the game actively on at least one of the days, get the ticket for a much more elevated experience.
- Plan with friends and choose where you will play. While the event can technically be enjoyed from anywhere, visiting a spot where members of the community gather will make it more fun. You will also be eligible for additional presents (both in-game and physical souvenirs) from Community Ambassadors. Use the Campfire app to find your local community meet-up.
- Make a list of your priorities. With an event as multi-faceted as this, it is important to choose what you want to do. While covering a little bit of everything can be fun, having a sharp focus is important if you wish to farm specific Pokemon or resources.
- Get the exclusive backgrounds. If there is anything better than Shiny Pokemon, it is Shiny Pokemon with an exclusive background. Complete 5-star raids to try and get this during Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global.
- Get the exclusive moves. Other than Luxray with Psychic Fangs and Poliwrath with Counter, the remaining three exclusive moves are potent PvP picks. Try to get them if you can — especially on Shadow Pokemon without Frustration.
- Get together and only do Gigantamax Toxtricity battles. The same creature is available in three different forms. Of these, the Gigantamx version is the best for all purposes. Complete those battles instead of wasting Raid Passes and Max Particles elsewhere.
- Max out your Bag and Pokemon Storage. You should not have to worry about running out of space during the event. Invest here for a carefree experience.
- Use your Safari Balls. You will get these in abundance during the Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global event hours, and won't be able to use them after the event is over. Use them to capture Mighty Pokemon.
Following these tips will help you reap the maximum benefit from the Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global.
