You can get the Pokemon GO Dynamax Band by completing the third part of the To the Max! Special Research. It involves the following challenges:

• Win a Max Battle - Max Particle ×100
• Unlock a Max Move - Ultra Ball ×10
• Win 3 Max Battles - Pinap Berry ×2
• Catch a Max Pokemon - Stardust ×2500

Upon completing each of these four challenges, you will get 8,000 XP, 4,000 Stardust, and the Dynamax Band cosmetic as rewards.

While completing the Research quest to get your hands on this cosmetic item, you can also encounter Dynamax Wooloo and Dynamax Skwovet.
