Davina McCall net worth: Fortune explored in wake of brain tumor diagnosis
English TV presenter Davina McCall recently underwent brain surgery to remove a rare brain tumor. On Friday, November 15, 2024, McCall took to her Instagram to update her followers that she had been diagnosed with a type of benign tumor called a colloid cyst.
Later in the day, her partner Michael Douglas updated her followers that Davina was "out of surgery." In an Instagram post, he expressed his gratitude for all the well wishes and love. He wrote:
"Davina is out of surgery and according to the surgeon it was textbook! She's currently recovering in ICU as a precaution, as you can imagine she's utterly exhausted."
In her post prior to the surgery, Davina McCall explained that they discovered the tumor accidentally. The TV presenter explained that she did a menopause talk for a company that offered her a health scan in return, which led to finding the colloid cyst (a benign non-cancerous cyst that tends to grow at a slow pace, as per Brainstrust charity).
She further shared that she was getting the cyst removed through craniotomy, where a part of the skull is removed to take out the cyst/tumor. Meanwhile, McCall has been a TV presenter with over three decades of experience. According to Celebrity Net Worth, she boasts a fortune of $4 million.

In the mid-1990s, she landed her first presenter job on Ray Cokes' Most Wanted on MTV Europe. During the early years, McCall hosted shows like God's Gift and Streetmate.
