Fact Check: Did FBI seize a Diddy tape showing Hillary Clinton killing a child at a freak-off party? Viral video debunked

Amid the infamous Diddy scandal, Hillary Clinton's name has recently popped up. A video has been circulating across the internet, which already garnered more than 5 million views and is reposted over 13,000 times. An X user (@tpvsean) has shared the video on the platform.

The video claimed that the federal agents have seized a tape showing Clinton allegedly killing a child, in one of the infamous freak-off parties, organized by Sean "Diddy" Combs. According to the viral tweet:

"Seized footage from Sean "Diddy" Combs' notorious parties allegedly feature Hillary Clinton in scenes that will upend the political establishment in Washington D.C. and send shock waves around the world..."

The news on the viral clip confused a lot of netizens, who seemed to believe that it might be true. It is, however, worth mentioning that the piece of news is fake, and the viral video must be debunked.

The man in the video reporting the news is Sean Adl-Tabatabai, the founder and host of The People's Voice, which is a fake news website. Sean founded the website back in 2014 with his husband Sinclair Treadway.

Also, the photo of Hillary and Combs used in the video wasn't taken at a freak-off party. According to a Reddit post shared about seven months ago, the photo was taken at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. It is, thus, safe to conclude that the viral video is untrue.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' connection with Democrats has received attention amid his scandal

While the music mogul is charged with multiple s*x trafficking charges, his connections to several famous people have come to light. This included several important personalities in the political industry. The list included many Democrats as well, with whom the mogul was reportedly captured on several occasions.

From Kamala Harris and Eric Adams to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, many of these names have been seen with Combs at different events.

As for the video that has gone viral recently, the caption of the tweet mentioned that "whistleblowers" have been revealing alleged shreds of evidence regarding several criminal activities at the parties. The caption read:

"Whistleblowers, including those closest to Diddy and the Clintons, are coming forward with damning evidence of sex crimes and crimes against children, involving Hollywood stars, famous athletes, and D.C. elites..."

As aforementioned, the clip is fake and the news about the FBI seizing any such tape is also not true. The People's Voice, whose host had shared the fake clip, is a fake news site which was previously known as NewsPunch and Your News Wire.

Buzzfeed News released a report in 2017, according to which, the site had become the second-largest source of circulating fake news all across social media platforms like Facebook. As for now, Hillary Clinton's name has not been linked to Diddy in any way.

The music mogul has maintained his innocence since the allegations against him came to light.
